James M. Baker, President

James is the President of Xtract and has a unique relationship with the world of allergy thanks to being the son of our founder, Dr. Baker. In 2006, James worked for his father, managing two grass tablet SLIT studies and several nasal spray studies.

By 2010, Xtract Solutions was maturing as a company and growing. James took the lead, channeling the vision that Dr. Baker founded the company on: to create systems that improve the field of allergen immunotherapy, and develop a sustainable business out of that vision. James loves working with the team at Xtract and is passionate about continuing to better allergen immunotherapy for patients, clinical staff, and providers.
