Application Support Specialist

Graham joined Xtract in 2021 as an Application Support Specialist after spending several years in the grocery POS software industry. With a background in education, Graham spent four years working in the training department conducting on-site and remote training sessions for a nationwide software upgrade. He puts that experience to good use at Xtract in his role supporting our customers, troubleshooting tickets, and traveling on-site for customer training. In his free time, Graham enjoys volunteering with multiple video game charity events.
